The first in a series of Four Elements dinner events will take place at The Allium Bangkok on 14 March 2024 in a collaboration with two chefs from the one-Michelin-star Mia restaurant to create a Water-themed five-course dinner.
Each of the five courses will represent the Water element by being based upon ingredients from the sea.
Chef Remi Verrier from The Allium is working in cooperation with chef-patron Mia founders Pongcharn “Top” Russell and Michelle Goh to create the menu.
The five courses begin with a selection of amuse bouche that present morsels of salmon ikura tart, cuttlefish taco, crab roll, and tomato water with basil foam. A cold starter of seafood with uni gel, and crab ajo blanco is followed by a warm starter of oyster with champagne sabayon. Steamed red prawns with mousseline sauce and grilled and raw seaweed is the main course serving, followed by a dessert of coconut and caviar.
The Water Element set dinner menu is served at The Allium for one day only on 14 March 2024, from 6.00 PM to 10.00 PM, priced at THB 3,800++ per person, and THB 2,000++ with a wine pairing for each course. Acqua Panna and San Pellegrino are served during the event, inclusive of the price.
