AS the custodian of two restaurants in Switzerland – Ristorante Ecco on Snow in St. Moritz, and Ristorante Ecco at Hotel Giardino Ascona – both of which have each been awarded two Michelin stars, 31-year-old Rolf Fliegauf is a remarkable talent. Thankfully, you don’t have to fork out for a flight to try his food, because for five days he’ll be cooking his richly aromatic cuisine at the Banyan Tree Bangkok. Three-course, four-course, five-course, and six-course menus will be available, ranging in price from B3,900++ to B5,200++.
