Join us every week at Rain Tree Café for three dazzling theme dinner nights that transport guests through the tantalizing worlds of Mexican Rumba, Thailand’s seafood, and the sizzling spectacle of live Smoke ’n ’ Sizzle BBQ, all complemented by free-flowing mocktails and rich cultural experiences.

Starting on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 and continuing every Tuesday, Mexican Rumba theme night is a vibrant celebration of Mexican culture, an evening filled with lively Latin music, handcrafted Latin mocktails, and food prepared by Rain Tree Cafés Mexican executive chef. Fresh tuna marinated with sesame for six hours, the raw marinated delights of ceviche Acapulco with white fish and shrimp or scallops, pork tacos al pastor seasoned with authentic Mexican spices, and slow-cooked lamb barbacoa are some of the highlights on the buffet. The price is THB 1,800++ per person, including mocktails. The children’s price for those aged six to eleven years is THB 900++. Children under five years eat for free.

Tha Lay Thai is staged every Friday evening, starting from August 2, with choice fresh fish and shellfish from Thailand’s seafood markets and coastal towns. The best of Thai seafood cuisine is featured, with highlights that include tender grilled fish in banana leaves, pad Thai noodles with succulent Thai shrimp, prawns thermidor with creamy Gruyère cheese and a hint of Dijon mustard, and a tantalizing Thai red curry with shrimp, squid, shellfish, and fish in a rich coconut milk base. The price is THB 2,100++ per person, including mocktails; THB 1,050++ for children six to eleven years, and free for the under five.

Saturday nights are Smoke ’n’ Sizzle BBQ nights, starting from August 10. Step into an invitingly aromatic atmosphere where the sizzle of the grill meets the cool rhythms of funky jazz music, creating the perfect hangout spot for friends and family. Prepared by our chefs at the grilling stations are outstanding dishes such as live tomahawk beef steak, and whole pork ribs stewed for two hours before being barbecued and served with pungent BBQ sauce. The price is THB 2,100++ per person, including mocktails. For children aged six to eleven years, it’s THB 1,050++, and those under five dine free.
 
On all three theme nights, Marriott Bonvoy members enjoy a 10 percent discount, and Club Marriott members receive a 30 percent discount.

Goose Berry, a menu with a name synonymous with Gooseberry, but the fact is this dish originates from foie gras, the main ingredient. As a result, we have combined the terms "Goose" and "Berry" to refer to the berry sauce that offers a slightly sour and sweet taste, creating a refreshing combination with frisée and a smooth and soft texture of sea buckthorn and coconut jelly.

Roll – Bot, features Wild Turbot sourced from Europe, rolled with Thai curry paste to impart a mildly spicy flavor and aromatic herbs. We opted for the playful name "Roll – Bot," which rhymes with "Robot" and alludes to the concept of a "Rolled Turbot." This dish is presented with baby carrots and white asparagus in a bouillabaisse soup, garnished with crispy fried golden needle mushrooms on top.
Love Me Tender, a dish that everyone will fall in love with, featuring Australian Wagyu Tenderloin Steak. The Latitude, a dessert menu that combines Single Origin chocolate from diverse sources from around the world, so we selected the word "The Latitude" to allude to the geographical locations of the chocolates on the map. This Mother’s Day, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel is inviting families to celebrate their special bond with a delectable Sunday brunch on 13 August 2023 that will feature charming surprises for the mothers alongside premium brunch delights from around the world.
 
The menu will include all the brunch favourites such as fresh seafood appetisers and grilled meats, fine-dining plates of Latin American ceviche, Arabic mezze, Indian tandoor, Thai classics, colourful desserts and more. Between courses, guests can dance to live Latin tunes in a leafy courtyard as they sip on craft cocktails, fine wines and crisp Champagne, while children have their own fun with magicians, balloon artists and other activities. Mothers dining with the family will get a gift of a jasmine tree in a pot and a chance to find a Golden Spa ticket by joining a treasure hunt.
 
The Mother’s Day Sunday brunch on 13 August will take place between 12.00 pm and 3.30 pm with prices starting from THB 2,600++ per person with free-flow non-alcoholic beverages; THB 3,600++ with free-flow beer, wine, and cocktails; THB 4,600++ including free-flow beer, wine, cocktails and Champagne. For children aged 5-11, the price is THB 1,300++ with unlimited beverages, while children under five dine for free. A la carte menu with additional options is available.
