Starting in March, guests can enjoy this exclusive dining experience. Every evening, the stylish alfresco restaurant overlooking the Chao Phraya River will host the new international dinner buffet, where chefs at live-cooking stations will use the finest ingredients to create mouth-watering dishes.
With a perfect view of Bangkok and the Chao Phraya River, River Cafe and Terrace offers delectable international cuisine crafted from fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from around the world. Live cooking stations provide fresh courses and a lively atmosphere. The River Cafe & Terrace offers a gastronomic journey against the backdrop of the majestic Chao Phraya River. The New International Dinner Buffet offers an impressive selection of international and Asian dishes. The elegant ambiance combined with the impeccable service creates an unforgettable experience.
Curated by the acclaimed Chef de Cuisine, Nick Gannaway, this buffet is a gastronomic celebration featuring the finest seasonal produce sourced from around the world. Signature dishes include the Salt-Baked Barramundi from the Andaman Sea, Whole Smoked Premium Cuts of Meat
featuring Australian A4 Wagyu Beef, Kurobuta Pork Belly, and homegrown Kurobuta Pork. Our pasta selection is exclusively Italian, finished with a sauce of your choice.
Each live cooking station spotlights superb, ingredient-driven fare, including sumptuous Australian A4 wagyu beef, smoked wagyu brisket, Tomahawk steaks, maple-glazed ham, snow crab from Hokkaido, and sustainably caught Thai barramundi and trevally. Additionally, the Culinary Celebration Dinner Buffet will also include locally harvested bountiful salad bars, sushi and fresh seafood on ice, and an array of decadent desserts.
The Culinary Celebration Dinner Buffet is offered at THB 2,800 net per person (excluding beverages) and will be served daily from 6 to 10 p.m.
