Michelin Star tastes – family-style
J’AIME BY JEAN-MICHEL LORAIN

RENOWNED French chef Jean-Michel Lorain is returning to his lauded Bangkok venue alongside his father, the legendary Michel Lorain, to cook up an exquisite eight-course dinner. What’s more, this special evening will also include the presence of one of the first female sommeliers – Jean-Michel’s mother, Jacqueline. The family’s restaurant, La Côte Saint Jacques in Burgundy, France, has enjoyed Michelin Star status for over 40 years, so expect nothing less than a night full of wining and dining magic. Menu highlights include Duck foie gras and Burgundy ham terrine, parsley gelée and beef tongue scented with liquorice; Pan-seared scallop, razor clams, black trumpet mushrooms, Brussels sprout royale and shellfish juice; and Roasted lamb fillet, purple potato purée, salsify in juice and Lapsang Souchong tea emulsion. B12,900 with wine pairing.
