Psssssst!... Seasonal tastes – White Asparagus

Through July 31 The Waves Restaurant at Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside Bangkok will be using this prized ingredient from Germany to create dishes such as Homemade white asparagus cream soup with salmon mouse tipped with truffle oil (B220), and White asparagus with poached egg and parsley potatoes (B750). Open daily 11.30am-10.30pm.
