LOCATED atop the Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel Bangkok, Chili Hip serves creative Asian cuisine at great value for money. Visit this month and you can tuck into a special Seafood Specialties menu featuring all kinds of inspired dishes. Chief among them: Fried Parma ham wrapped scallops with a fusilli and vegetable salad; Oyster soup with leek, spinach and cheese ravioli; Pan-fried sea bass topped with a brochette of tiger prawn tails and squid; and New Zealand mussels on spicy clams with tomato sauce. Prices start at B240++ per dish. Open daily 5pm-11pm.
