THE chef-owner of the two Michelin-starred Ristorante San Domenico, Italy, will showcase his award-winning cooking during a five-day guest stint at Sofitel So Bangkok. Visit Park Society restaurant for dinner and you can indulge in a choice of four (B2,900++), six (B3,900++), or nine (B5,500++) course set menus. On Sun July 31, a three-course lunch menu will also be available priced at B2,400++. The hotel’s all-day-dining restaurant, Red Oven, meanwhile, will showcase some of Chef Valentino’s dishes as part of its popular Saturday brunch (July 30. B1,950++).
