CENTARA Grand at CentralWorld’s elegant rooftop restaurant has scored a culinary coup this month – Alba white truffle imported from the north of Italy. Executive Sous Chef Hugo Coudurier is using this prized ingredient to create a five-course dinner menu featuring highlights such as White Truffle “Tartelette” Sunny side up egg, caramelized onions and smoked pancetta; Pumpkin Veloute with freshly shaved Alba white truffle; and Butter roasted venison loin quince, wild mushrooms and sauce “Grand Veneur.” B4,555++ per person.
