ON Thursday, November 23, French Executive Chef Franck Detrait and his passionate team will present a mouth-watering Thanksgiving dinner superbly sandwiched between delectable buffets or appetisers and desserts at The Embassy Room on the ninth floor of Park Hyatt Bangkok. Be prepared for helpings of beetroot salmon gravlax, sour cream and pickles, roasted beef striploin salad, caramelised onions and grapes, brussels sprout salad and much more. The savoury main courses will include the an oven roasted turkey trimmed with mashed sweet potatoes and orange-glazed carrots, apple walnut stuffing, green beans and bacon, roasted chestnuts and homemade cranberry sauce. The Thanksgiving dinner is priced at B2,500++ per person with free flow beer and wine package available for B1,250++ per person.
