Michelin-starred restaurant Blue by Alain Ducasse invites you to partake in an exquisite afternoon tea journey meticulously crafted in line with the renowned chef's philosophy of simplicity and quality. Starting July 3, guests can relish an array of sweet and savoury delicacies in the newly transformed Blue Lounge, a space that strikes the perfect balance between intimacy and elegance.
Priced at THB 1,500++ per person, the afternoon tea will be available from 2–5 pm daily. The Blue Lounge, now enclosed with a door and curtained off for added privacy, offers a serene refuge after a day of shopping, presenting guests with a cosy and exclusive setting.
Executive Chef “Wilfrid Hocquet” and Executive Pastry Chef and artisan baker “Christophe Glio” have added a contemporary, seasonal twist to the traditional afternoon tea and crafted a series of meticulously crafted delights of sweet and savoury options based on Chef Alain Ducasse’s philosophy of using only the best ingredients.
Begin with an assortment of the finest savoury bites, such as the Smoked Salmon & Pomelo, made from feuille de brick with layers of house-smoked salmon, The Tamago & Caviar includes Japanese tamago, Cristal caviar, mayonnaise and marigold flowers. At the same time, the Duck Terrine & Sourdough is house-made sourdough bread layered with chicken pate seasoned with Madeira, Porto and glazed with pork jus
To satisfy your sweet tooth, traditional scones, both plain and raisin, are served with strawberry marmalade and whipped crème fraiche. Other treats included a Pineapple Polenta with polenta sponge, caramel custard and fresh and roasted pineapple, the roast peach and thyme tartlet, and Vienoisserie Du Jour.

Blue Lounge is open daily from 12 noon to 10 pm, serving a la carte desserts, Champagne & wine as well as curated cocktails and mocktails. The Bespoke Afternoon Tea Experience is available from 2 pm until 5 pm daily.
