Bringing flavours to the plates at SHangri-La

​Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok brings flavours to the plate with a signature dish at Salathip Thai Restaurant, Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant and Volti. Guests may experience these unique signature dishes until 28 February 2018.

Salathip offers delectable and best-loved Thai dishes. Every plate is cooked à la minute using locally sourced fresh ingredients. On the menu include green papaya salad with grilled pork jowl (B450++). Guests can enjoy the plate with GrandMonte, Spring, Shenin Blanc, Khao Yai, Thailand by the glass (B340++) or by the bottle (B1,600++).

At Shang Palace, the executive chef Chow Wai Man is preparing special steamed giant river prawn with garlic sauce and Vermicelli, a traditional Chinese delicacy (B1,200++) paired with Lost Turtle, Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand by the glass (B460++) or by the bottle (B2,200++). 

For Italian food lovers, Volti presents a tempting 16-hour slow-roasted suckling porchetta, deboned and filled with pork farce flavoured with herbs and fennel seeds (B1,100++) paired with L’Arco, Chianti, Tuscany, Italy by the glass (B390++) or by the bottle (B1,900++).
