Available for one night only, on Saturday February 14th, the “Romance on a Plate” buffet dinner will immerse guests in a world of decadent cuisine, crafted using some of the world’s famously indulgent ingredients, to create an occasion that is sure to stimulate the senses and live long in the memory.
 
Valentine’s menu highlights include an opulent Caviar Station, plus sublime seafood such as red prawn carpaccio, Boston lobster on ice, seared scallop & truffle risotto, salmon Wellington, a luxurious lobster bisque, and a dedicated Oyster Bar featuring 12 types of freshly-shucked oyster, from local Thai varieties to imported delicacies from France, Ireland and the Netherlands. Couples can also taste the silky-smooth flavor of French foie gras in two different styles.
 
These romantic delights will be accompanied with an amazing array of Thai, Asian and Western dishes, all served from live stations at Goji Kitchen + Bar. Culinary journeys can start with imported cheeses and cold cuts, including Iberico ham, the Seafood on Ice Station will feature succulent Alaskan king crab, blue crab, scallops, rock lobster, black mussels, Babylonia whelks, and banana prawns, and the Sushi & Sashimi Bar will showcase salmon, tuna, hamachi, hotate, unagi, and wagyu.
 
A choice of Western dishes includes pan-seared Hokkaido scallops and grilled premium meats (dry-aged prime rib of beef, wagyu rump steak, Australian lamb rack), plus handcrafted pizzas and a live Pasta Station with creamy lobster pasta. At Le Du Kaan, guests can savour some of the finest Thai gastronomy in the world, crafted by culinary icon Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn, whose restaurants have been recognised by the MICHELIN Guide.

On Saturday February 14, couples can come together and savor the sublime six-course Valentine’s Sharing Set Menu, created by Chef Ton and his talented team especially for this important occasion. This epicurean odyssey commences with Yum Pollamai, a wonderfully refreshing appetizer of mixed fruit with watermelon granita and cashew nuts, followed by Peek Gai Thod, deep-fried chicken wings with fermented tomato and crispy shallots.

The experience then continues with Tom Som Pla, Thailand's famous aromatic sour soup with fresh Andaman red snapper and mushroom, before diners are treated to Khao Phad Le Du Kaan, the restaurant’s signature fried rice with Phuket lobster, squid and crab; Kor Moo Yang, perfectly tender chargrilled pork neck served with a zesty tamarind sauce; and Neua Yang, premium Thai Tajima Wagyu from Sakon Nakhon, grilled to perfection and served with a spicy smoked eggplant sauce and toasted rice powder. Having been warmly welcomed and presented with a glass of Champagne, this evening of gastronomy starts with a perfectly clear Consommé, a trio of amuse bouches – mortadella & pistachio, lobster & melon tartlet, and wagyu with shallot jam & potato – followed by ocean-fresh Oyster & Caviar with horseradish and chervil. Following freshly-baked bread, diners will then be treated to Ricciola, greater amberjack with radish, panzanella essence and basil, and a succulent Scallop with Champagne sauce and caviar.

The timeless techniques of Italian cookery will be showcased with a choice of two delectable dishes: Tagliolini pasta with langoustine and yuzu, and Saffron Risotto with red shrimp, Amalfi lemon and kumquat. A choice of two mouth-watering main courses creates opportunities to discover the finest produce from land or sea. Turbot, the “king of fish,” is elevated with Americana sauce, blue mussels, parsnip and dill, while Lamb is accompanied with morels, celeriac, pearl onions, lovage, and potato espuma.
This epicurean adventure then comes to a crescendo with a duo of desserts: Chocolate with cherry and vanilla, and Cake infused with lemon and passionfruit, followed by petit fours and fresh fruit.
