To elevate your Christmas festivities this year, Executive Chef Wilfrid Hocquet and Executive Pastry Chef Maxou Boonthanakit have designed an exceptional culinary experience. Priced at THB 6,900++, the seven-course menu will be available on 24th December for dinner and for both lunch and dinner on the 25th.
The meal starts off with chilled lobster topped with gold caviar from the renowned Kaviari house in Paris. Showcasing his culinary artistry, Chef Wilfrid treats guests to a selection of dishes including pan-seared duck foie gras, Martin-sec pear and smoked beets, and roasted saddle of lamb stuffed with sorrel and truffled Anna potatoes. Chef Maxou ends the meal on a sweet note with a duo of desserts and a decadent Black Forest Yule log.

Ring in 2021 With its floor-to-ceiling windows, Blue by Alain Ducasse is the perfect location to countdown to the new year and enjoy the spectacular fireworks display over the Chao Phraya River. Using premium products, Chefs Wilfrid and Maxou have created a seven-course menu of exceptional flavours to pair with the entertainment that night. Priced at THB 18,000 ++, it will only be available on December 31st. The indulgent feast begins with marinated langoustines with gold caviar from the Kaviari House. This is followed by lightly seared scallops, smoked celeriac, and civet sauce. For mains, Wagyu beef tenderloin is charcoal-grilled to perfection, topped with foie gras, and finished with black truffles. A fresh lime meringue is served to refresh diners’ palates before the dessert courses that end with the exclusive chocolate, from the Alain Ducasse manufacture in Paris, served with fresh mint. The seven-course tasting menu also includes a glass of Champagne, mineral water, and free flow soft drinks. About Blue Blue by Alain Ducasse is the first restaurant in Thailand that the world’s most celebrated Chef Alain Ducasse opened under his name in November 2019.
