Ministry of Crab, Sukhumvit’s acclaimed seafood specialist, is spicing things up with the launch of a new festive set menu, perfect for gatherings of all sizes.

Available from now until January 15th, 2021, the set menu showcases many of the Colombo-born restaurant’s most popular dishes starring Sri Lanka’s legendary mud crab, king prawn and other succulent seafood.

Diners can choose from the set menu for two priced at 2,590++ per person or the set menu for four at 2,090++ per person.

The set menu for two includes Baked Crab, ½ Pound Prawn, Garlic Bread, Pol Sambol, Kilo Crab, Mixed Vegetables, Garlic Rice or Mixed Rice and Coconut Creme Brulee.

The set menu for four, meanwhile, serves up even more variety in the form of Oyster Sixers, Baked Crab, Butter Clams, Clay Pot Prawn Curry, Garlic Bread, Pol Sambol, Colossal Crab, Morning Glory Stir-Fried with Garlic, Garlic Rice or Mixed Rice and Coconut Creme Brulee.

Planning a large gathering? Big groups have even more reason to celebrate with bookings of eight or more people receiving a complimentary bottle of bubbly.

With its open plan seating and refined yet lively ambience, the Bangkok outpost of Ministry of Crab is an ideal setting for festive gatherings big or small. Here, diners can expect steadfast dedication to top-quality crustaceans, with no compromises on size or quality.

In addition to the new festive set menu, another exciting reason to visit comes in the form of “Corkage-Free Tuesdays,” when diners can enjoy their order of fresh seafood or unctuous curry together with their favourite bottle of wine brought from home at no extra cost.

To experience another enticing side of Sri Lankan cuisine, diners are encouraged to join “Crab Biryani Wednesday,” when the restaurant adds its own twist to the aromatic mixed rice dish of biryani featuring 500-750 grams of iconic mud crab and a spell-binding blend of spices.

The restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday-Sunday 6pm - 11pm (last seating at 10pm) and open for lunch on weekends 11.30am – 2.30pm.
