From Thursday, February 15 - 23, Chef Zhang with Executive Chef Franck Detrait of Park Hyatt Bangkok creates special six-course Chinese New Year set menu and Chinese Tea promotion for all diners. Highlights include Beijing roasted duck with caviar, steamed Alaskan crab, slow-cooked New Zealand "Black Gold" abalone and slow-cooked wagyu beef. The Chinese Tea promotion includes snow chrysanthemum tea with Yunnan honey, ginseng, wolfberries served with Green tea cookies at Living Room. The six-course set menu is priced at B3,688 per person during lunch between 12 - 2.30pm and dinner from 6-10pm at Embassy Room.
