Chef Laurent Ganguillet is behind the delicious set up, and the Swiss chocolatier has more than 25 years of experience under his belt. He is responsible for first launching The Sukhothai’s Chocolate Buffet in 1992 during Christmas, and the buffet has certainly been tailored since its original opening to remain a fresh and innovative display that will impress all those who visit and indulge. Do not forget to try one of Chef Laurent’s personalized chocolate drinks before taking on the displays of cakes, truffles, pastries and more. The buffet is available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2-5pm at the Lobby Salon and is priced 990++ per person.
