Cooling Tower Opens Daily, Unveils New Menus

Cooling Tower Rooftop Bar at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit opens daily from 1 July onwards from 5:00 pm to midnight.
 
New dishes have been added to enhance Cooling Tower’s menu. Sample the new Chicken Satay (THB 350++) or Yum Salmon (THB 420++) for local flavours. Light bites and an array of substantial dishes are also available, such as the Cooling Tower Beef Burger (THB 430++), Octopus Tentacles (THB 380++), or Charcuterie Tower (THB 1,250++).

 
The cocktail selection has also been elevated with some catchy name sublime drinks, including Go Ahead, Day to Day, DFH and Pin on the Wall.
 
CT’s usual Happy Hour remains available daily from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm. Enjoy Buy 1 Get 1 Free on a range of selected beverages.
 
Cooling Tower has incredible views across the glittering metropolis, making it the perfect place for an after work wind down and sunset cocktails. Dine from a menu of tempting tapas and sharing plates and sip creative cocktails, along with local and imported draught beers, bespoke spirits, wines, and more.
