Culinary journey through four regions
SHERATON GRANDE SUKHUMVIT

SHERATON Grande Sukhumvit’s popular Thai restaurant, basil, has introduced a brand new menu that celebrates the distinctive cuisines of Thailand’s four regions – the central plains, the north, northeast and the south. Diners can opt to enjoy a set menu based on each region, or plot their own culinary journey by ordering single dishes a la carte. Highlights on the epicurean tour of Thailand include sai oua sausage from the north, som tam papaya salad with grilled chicken from the northeast, roast duck in red curry with apple and basil from the central region, and spicy snapper soup with turmeric and herbs from the south. A regional set menu starts from B1,600++ per person.
