 DEE Lite restaurant presents 'WTF' (What The Fish) Saturday dinner buffet featuring an unprecedented selection of fresh seafood, shellfish and top quality sashimi, high protein foods that are delicious and good for your wellbeing. | Dinner starts with a visit to the sashimi station with its excellent selection of salmon, tuna, Hamachi and white seabass. The buffet also offers broiled sushi, smoked and cured salmon and the shellfish choices include white shrimps, clams and oysters. Health-conscious diners can appreciate the options available at the salad bar which consists of an extensive selection of salsas, dressings and choices of dips. The main course includes choices of fish such as salt-baked seabass with citrus and herbs; steamed fish with lemon chilli sauce; deep-fried snakehead fish with spicy herb sauce and wok-fried oysters, white shrimps, salmon collar teriyaki and seared white fish.
