Siam Polo Park
AFTER twelve years of wowing crowds in Hua Hin, Anantara’s annual King’s Cup Elephant Polo Tournament is now coming to Bangkok. Held over five days at the Siam Polo Park (at VR Sports Club on the outskirts of Bangkok) the event will feature 16 teams encompassing over 50 players, including local television stars, supermodels and professional polo players. An Opening Parade, Children’s Day, and Ladies Day add to the fun. Since the event’s inception, over $US750,000 has been raised and donated to projects that better the lives of Thailand’s wild and domesticated elephant population.
