Stretching over 1,000km from the snow-capped peaks of the Alps to the sun-soaked shores of the Mediterranean, Italy is a wonderfully diverse country, and this is reflected in its cuisine. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening dinner, Saturday lunch and Sunday brunch throughout 2022, the expert chefs at Goji Kitchen + Bar are showcasing traditional delicacies from different regions of Italy.
In June and July, this epicurean adventure moves to Rome, the “Eternal City” and Italian capital which is famous for its ancient wonders, lively piazzas and iconic landmarks such as the Spanish Steps, Trevi Foundation and St. Peter’s Basilica. Our talented chefs will create an artisanal menu that features many famous Roman dishes, such as Gnocchi Cacio e Pepe, Saltimbocca alla Romana, Gnocchi alla Romana, Linguine Cacio e Pepe, Pizza Margherita and more!
