TASMANIAN salmon is making its way to Bangkok at Flavors restaurant at Renaissance Bangkok. This rare salmon is found in the clean waters of Tasmania and is famous for its rosy orange colour and mouthwatering taste. The dish will be featured in a number of different selections like the puff pastry-wrapped salmon in coulibiac style, the herb crusted salmon breadcrumbs and parsley and more. The dinner buffet is available Friday and Saturday and is B1,200++ per person.
