As a curator for lifestyle and cuisine, Gaysorn Village does it once again by curating delicious meals for the upcoming Vegetarian Festival. Inviting locals and tourists alike to discover dynamic menus with over 100 different vegetarian and vegan culinary creations from famous eateries including 1823 Tea Lounge by Ronnefeldt, Kup Kao Kup Pla, Provence, Snap, Sushi Mori and more at the Gaysorn Village.
​1823 TEA LOUNGE BY RONNEFELDT
Embark on an exquisite tea journey in Bangkok as Germany’s premier and oldest Tea Lounge brings over 70 different varieties and blends of the finest teas from around the world right the heart of the city. Enjoy signature lunch, afternoon tea, pastries and dinner creations made fresh daily for an unforgettable dining and tea brewing experience.
This Vegetarian Festival, 1823 Tea Lounge by Ronnefeldt offers up a deliciously satisfying vegetarian lunch set with tomato basil soup, “Tofu Filet with Fricassée of Mushrooms”, a fried tofu filet topped with seared mushrooms and a savoury Oolong tea sauce and “Vegetarian Meli Melo” made from sweet Japanese pumpkin served with carrot puree and pine nuts. For dessert, enjoy a “Jasmine Tea infused Tofu cream with Raspberry coulis”.
 
KUB KAO’ KUB PLA 
Thai food favourites fill up the pages at this famous Thai hot spot. Brought to you by the same creative minds behind Iberry, enjoy uniquely delicious recipes and dishes that highlight local flavours from around the country along with traditional Thai desserts for a wonderful casual home cooked meal experience.

For the Vegetarian Festival this year, Kub Kao Kup Pla is serving up vivid flavors with the Vegetarian Fried Mushrooms with Tamarind Sauce, a delicious mix different mushrooms along with a chili, tamarind and kaffir lime leaves leaving a twist of salty, sour, sweet and spicy flavours on the palate. There is also Lon Tofu, silky tofu in coconut cream served with fresh vegetables for a taste of traditional Thai cuisine.
PROVENCE
A Thai-Western staple among local and tourists set in a charming Provence atmosphere offers signature boat noodles, Kanom Jeen Sao Nam and Kao Chae for that truly traditional Thai dining experience. Rich and robust, enjoy the bountiful flavours of Thailand and beyond.

To celebrate the Vegetarian Festival, Provence reaches back to its traditional Thai roots with a Vegetarian Kanom Jeen Nam Ya (fresh rice noodles with vegetarian curry) and Vegetarian Kao Soi (crispy noodles and vegetarian coconut curry). For more robust flavours, the Vegetarian Nam Prik Kaeng Ped (vegetarian red curry chili paste) is served with fresh vegetables to round out a spectacular vegetarian meal.

SUSHI MORI 
This chic sushi restaurant serves up only the freshest in fish and other sushi delicacies. With a bountiful menu filled with premium sushi, ala carte menu and Omakase options, this charming Japanese dining spot reigns supreme with a rich and intense umami approach.

Enjoy an extensive vegetarian and vegan menu of over 20 dishes along with a healthy eating course this Vegetarian Festival at Sushi Mori. Hiyashi Tofu with white sesame sauce and avocado, Yasai Chirashi with tofu, mushrooms and wakame seaweed with sushi mori sauce, and Yasai Tama Roll a signature, bringing shitake mushrooms and tofu tempura together then wrapped with avocado and sesame with pickled vegies and mori special sauce.
 
SNAP
A boutique coffee shop that serves up big coffee flavours for locals and tourists alike, SNAP is an energetic coffee chill out spot in the heart of the city. Find reasonably priced signature coffee treasures and ready to eat snack creations for a great day break.

Using vegan coffee blends, the Tofu Coffee with ground taro, espresso, tofu and tofu skin along with Red Bean Coffee, a low-calorie nitro brew delight with soy milk with red bean on top are deliciously refreshing vegetarian treats. For non-coffee alternatives, try the Cocoa, a mix and match of cocoa power and soy milk with red bean, tofu and tofu skin for a limited time only.
