Aldo’s Bistro on Sathorn Road recently entertained an enthusiastic gathering of food lovers with its Northern Rhone Wine Dinner prepared by Chef Herve Frerard. The five-course gourmet menu included a delicious Baked Beef Fillet Wellington, and a tender Roasted Anjou Pigeon with Ratte Potato Puree and Truffle jus. Each dish was accompanied by a specially selected wine supplied by Le Vin.
