HILTON Sukhumvit Bangkok announced that the award-winning Italian restaurant Scalini, led by the Executive Chef Supoj Suwanwong, is offering a new menu featuring Italian-inspired poultry dishes. Using only carefully selected free range poultry free of hormones and steroids, the menu choices served with local organic vegetables. The menu include Come fly with me - organic Pyrenees quail tempura style, baby pinach salad, blueberry sauce and grain mustard dressing; Fly me to the moon - homemade Pappardelle pasta with confit Magret duck sauce, asparagus and fava bean; Wish I could fly - risotto Acquerello mantecato with reggiano parmesan 36 months aged, Rougie foie gras, porcini mushrooms and Barolo wine reduction; In the air tonight - roasted organic Bresse pigeon sautéed garden vegetables, white truffle scented creamy polenta, Porto wine sauce; I believe I can fly (perfect for sharing)- roasted whole organic grain fed chicken stuffed with black truffle and potatoes served with spring baby vegetables, barbaresco red wine jus.
