Get ready to be fascinated with a variety of Thai food from four regions by our Chef de Cuisine, Iron chef Challenger Jack, will prepare the finest ingredients to create special dishes that will rock your food experience like never before. Taste an Authentic Khao Chae from the Central part, Chicken Soup with Tamarind Leaves from the Northeast, traditional Khao Soi Gai from the North and famous Stir Fried Shrimp with Sataw and Roasted Chili Paste from the South.

The carved meat is served with a choice of sauces such as Chimichurri sauce, creamy Truffle sauce, Rosemary red wine jus, and virgin sauce.
