The two chefs will collaborate on a lunch and a dinner.
Issaya Siamese Club and Chef Ian Kittichai will welcome Chef Kirk Westaway from JAAN by Kirk Westaway to Bangkok to collaborate on a four-hands lunch at Issaya Siamese Club on Sunday 17 November 2019 and a four-hands dinner at Issaya Cooking Studio on 18 November 2019.
Since taking over the helm of JAAN at Swissôtel The Stamford in Singapore in 2015, British-born chef Kirk Westaway has steered the menu to become increasingly British-inspired, culminating in the launch of the Reinventing British menu philosophy in July 2018. In June this year, JAAN was relaunched as JAAN by Kirk Westaway to reflect the new direction of the restaurant. The restaurant has 1 Michelin star and is currently ranked number 32 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019.
Merging their contemporary visions of British and Thai cuisine, Chef Ian Kittichai and Kirk Westaway will welcome guests to Issaya Siamese Club for a four-hands lunch on 17 November starting at 12:00 PM. The following day, guests can enjoy an intimate dinner collaboration at Issaya Cooking Studio starting at 7:00 PM.
