The Australian Winter Black Truffle is identical to the most famous black truffle, the Perigord truffle and differs from all other truffles from Europe. Their truffle patch is managed to replicate the ecology of the French forests to produce round, dense, rich, and chemical-free truffles. These grown delights are the Winners of both the 2016 and 2017 best truffle in the Australian Food Awards.
