Savor traditional Italian afternoon tea in authentic style courtesy of Chef Roberto Parentela and be the first to experience it at Salvia with warm and cozy moments alongside friends and family. La Merenda will be prepared only for those who deserve a memorable experience.
A sumptuous La Merenda consists of a selection of savories such as ‘Treccia ai funghi porcini’ (puff pastry, mushroom filling), ‘Battuta di tonno’ (yellowfin tuna tartare, capers, pinenuts, Sicilian dressing), ‘Isalata di mare’ (assorted seafood, celery, olives and salsa verde), ‘Affettati misti’ (mortadella, coppa, Norcia ham, Parmesan, and cheese fritters) in addition to other items.
For sweet bites, it includes ‘Torta deliziosa’ (hazelnut praline cake), ‘Baba Napoletano’ (Neapolitan style brioches, limoncello, beries), ‘Gelato al pistachio’ (pistachio ice cream, roasted nuts), ‘Tiramisu’ (mascarpone cream, ladyfingers, coffee and amaretto) as well as other sweet selections.
Moreover, enjoy a free flow of coffee, tea, herbal tea and Italian soda included in the set. If you prefer a cocktail drink, we are ready to serve you as well.
