Throughout the month of December, the hotel will use this amazing ingredient in a number of tasty dishes. Taro is rich in nutrients including fibre, calcium and more and better yet, it is delicious! Visitors can try the Chinese-inspired taro and shrimp tofu stir-fry with cashew nuts and shiitake for only B550 net. Those with a sweet tooth may instead try the sweet taro dumpling with young coconut in homemade coconut milk for B250 net.
