The delectable menu including ‘Crispy Lotus Root Salad with Spicy Chilli Sauce’ –lotus root, fresh shrimp, fish and special chilli sauce priced at B400 net per dish; ‘Lotus Root Salad with Smoked Duck and Sesame Dressing’ – lotus roots, smoked duck breast, nuts, and Asian sesame dressing priced at B450 net per dish.
