Le Normandie
Our two-Michelin-starred French fine-dining restaurant offers romantic views of the Chao Phraya River alongside a special seven-course Valentine’s Day set menu for two. The dinner, lovingly prepared by Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier, will feature Ora salmon, radish, honey, chignin beurre blanc, Hand dived scallop, apple, grenobloise, Mediterranean carabinieros prawn, green melon, piquillos, Wild monkfish “A la Royale”, horseradish, Bresse pigeon tourte, kampot pepper, Vercors blue cheese, endive walnut, and Buckwheat and chocolate, lychee, rose bud.
THB 25,000 net per couple including a welcome glass of Champagne rose for each guest.
Lord Jim’s
For fine seafood and grill lovers, Lord Jim’s will present an exclusive six-course dinner by Chef Nick Gannaway featuring classic dishes reimagined in innovative new ways. The culinary journey starts with Tara Oysters by David Hervé, Rose and Guava Granita, followed by Carpaccio of smoked yellowtail, green tomato, sorrel, lemon oil, yuzu koshu dressing, Caramelised ‘Jean Lanaurdie’ foie gras, apple, orange, dried rosebuds, Ricotta ‘Dumplings’, mushroom broth, parmesan, 300g Rib eye for two, onion fondant, charred pumpkin purée, tuscan kale, bone marrow jus or Crisp twice-cooked aromatic pork belly for two, plum purée, turnips, grilled tuscan kale, and Rosé Champagne Parfait, Strawberry and Basil, Crispy Buckwheat, Strawberry Juice.
