Maya restaurant is located on 29th floor at Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit. It is a well-known Indian rooftop restaurant on Sukhumvit road. During covid19 pandemic the restaurant was closed last year and this year Maya is re-open and ready for you to discover the favorite taste of Indian food.
Maya restaurant is an authentic Indian cuisine by Indian chef. The heritage menu has all the favourites, the crafted menu is the chef special and decorate modernly without taking away from the original taste of the dishes. The popular dishes such as old Delhi butter chicken, a classic Indian roasted smokey chicken cooked in charcoal oven with creamy tomato gravy or the rice dish- Murgh dum Awadhi biryani, spiced chicken cooked with aromatic basmati rice in sealed clay pot. Lamb dish as Lamb Rogan Josh, aromatic curried meat dish of Kashmiri cuisine which is slow cooked in creamy tomato gravy is also a good taste with nan bread.
For cocktails, Maya offers drinks both cocktails and mocktails which are special mixed by our manager who can create a significant drink just for you. A combination of authentic Indian food, the city view from 29th floor and your own signature drink will make a perfect night dinner in the sky.
