Mia's tasting menu.
Mia's new seasonal tasting menu is inspired by chefs' formal training in Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and Asia. Sourcing the best available produce in Thailand and abroad, Top and Michelle fuse their passion for the culinary arts with a good-natured and creative approach. Dishes showcase the most alluring European flavours with an Asian edge, offering diners an exclusive dining experience paired
with a marvellous wine list in lavish surroundings.
Their seasonal seven-course tasting menu highlights dishes such as the Squid Ink Tuile served with Taramasalata and Red Caviar. A sumptuous North Sea Crab paired with Ajo Blanco and Sliced Grapes. Diners should also look forward to the Hay Aged Duck composed of Duck Sausage Scotch Egg, Pomegranate, Butternut Pumpkin and their famous crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside homemade Sourdough

Mia's tasting menu is available from Tuesday to Sunday at The Dark room for dinnerfrom 5 pm to 9 pm. Customers can also enjoy lunch at The Flower room from 12 pmto 2 pm Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, guests can book the private dining roomfor a tailor-made culinary experience crafted by Chefs Top and Michelle for up to ten people
The Curtain
The Curtain is a lively cocktail bar that offers a selection of well-crafted concoctions and signature small bites in an intimate atmosphere at the ground level of Mia. Diners can enjoy creative drinks including Be A Movie Star, a refreshing sip of Whiskey, Pineapple Juice, Popcorn Syrup and Angostura Bitter served in a beautiful and unique popcorn box. Temporarily closed.

Michelle Goh
Talented pastry chef Michelle Goh was born and raised in the small town of Kuching on Borneo Island in Malaysia. She joined Le Cordon Bleu Sydney at the age of 18 and worked under well-renowned chef Anna Polyviou at the Shangri-La Sydney before joining 3-hatted Rockpool now known as Eleven Bridge by Neil Perry in Australia. Her experience also includes working for Pollen under Jason Atherton in Singapore before settling at the land of smiles and joining two Michelin-starred restaurants Suhring where she was put in charge of the pastry section at the young age of 23. Discover the culinary showmanship of Michelle and be prepared to be delighted with her delicious masterful skills.
Pongcharn ‘Top’ Russell
Thailand born Pongcharn, best known as Top, spent his childhood living on the island of Phuket before moving to England at the age of 15. Highlights of his career include being part of the opening team at Gauthier Soho in London and training under Chef Jun Tanaka at The Pearl before honing his skills with legendary Chef Pierre Gagnaire at the two Michelin-starred restaurant Sketch in London. He moved to Singapore in 2014 to work under Jason Atherton at Pollen where he was promoted to Senior Sous Chef four times in two years. He then made his way back home to become Freebird’s Executive Chef in Bangkok. Top has been named Forbes 30 under 30 Asia and BK Magazine Top Tables Best Young Chef. He also appeared in Topchef Thailand Season 2 and has been included in Fine Dining Lovers’ 12 Chefs To Watch.
Julien Imbert
Julien Imbert was born and raised in France and moved to London to pursue a culinary career at the age of 24. After more than 15 years working in the kitchens of some of London’s top restaurants, including Pierre Gagnaire’s hugely popular Sketch, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and as Head Chef at Jason Atherton’s City Social, Julien decided to change direction and become a restaurateur opening Mia in
July 2019. Wivatchai Singha, General Manager Raised in Germany, Wivatchai ‘Arth’ Singha worked as Maître D’ at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon before joining Mia as Restaurant Manager.
