Kick-off the start of every month in Bangkok with the “pop” of a Mumm Champagne bottle and lavish all-you-can-eat Mediterranean brunch spread at UNO MAS restaurant.
 
Our series of Domingo Fabuloso Sunday brunches return to the 54th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld on 04 April, with the next date for your diary being 02 May (the first Sunday of every month).
 
With spectacular views across the city, bottomless pours of Champagne and endless helpings to some of UNO MAS’s finest Spanish and Mediterranean dishes, brunch in Bangkok doesn’t get any better than this.
 
Running from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm, some of the gastronomic highlights include:

• Signature UNO MAS a la carte dishes (cooked to order)
• Premium cold cuts, including Iberico ham
• Four types of fresh oyster
• Alaskan king crab
• Maine and Phuket lobsters and jumbo prawns

Brunch is priced at THB 3,555++per person. Guests can find UNO MAS restaurant on the 54th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld (just below Red Sky).
