STARTING this month Elements Restaurant will offer a brand new menu featuring French cuisine with Japanese influences. As you’d expect from a restaurant of this calibre, tasty (and visually exciting) highlights abound, ranging from Tasmanian ocean trout confit pickled vegetables and orange miso coulie (B370++) and Tuna tataki, ponzu jelly, avocado, ginger and baby shiso (B390++); to ‘Yakitori Rossini’ of Wagyu beef with foie gras in black truffle sauce (B990++) and Grilled lamb chops with moromi miso butter and fried shallots (B1,100++). Open for dinner, Tue – Sat, from 6pm – 10.30pm.
