This mother’s day on August 12 th 2018, Siam@Siam Design hotel Bangkok invites you to spoil your mother with a taste of authentic Thai cuisine and international buffet selections. Chef Monthep Kamolsilp has designed a wonderful menu crafted for this very special occasion including dishes such as crab lotus stems in coconut milk, stir-fried beef with shrimp paste, roasted wrapped pork in betel leaves, prawns in red curry with artichoke and our highlights of ‘khanom jeen’ station which will focus on both aromatic green chicken curry or southern Thai crab curry paste.
A meal would not be complete without desserts. Our culinary team are proud to feature sweet homemade jasmine charred coconut ice cream to accompany a wide choice of savoury and sweet treats.
