INSPIRED by the journeys of thirteenth-century Venetian merchant and adventurer Marco Polo, one of the first Europeans to explore the Far East, Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok is offering a culinary journey which begins at China Table restaurant with a starter of Pan-fried snow fish, followed by Trio of Peking duck; and then moves to Attico for servings of Artichoke ravioli with lamb ragout, Drunken Wagyu beef, and Zabaione. The Travels of Marco Polo Menu us priced B1,900++; or 2,600++ with wines.
