TAKING a break from the two-Michelin-starred L’Hôtel de Carantec in France, award-winning chef Patrick Jeffroy will take control of the kitchens at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit’s Parisian Penthouse-inspired restaurant to cook a series of special menus and a gourmet wine dinner. Renowned for his inventive fish and seafood dishes, Chef Patrick will highlight flavours of his native Brittany in dishes such as Roasted whole onion stuffed with braised oxtail, and Guinea fowl supreme with black cake and chestnut crusted thighs.
