ON Wednesday February 14, L’Appart presents a compelling combination of style, ambience, atmosphere and fine cuisine with a special Valentine’s Day ‘sharing dinner’ set menu created by talented chef Nicolas Basset and priced sensibly at THB 5,000++ for two persons. The evening begins with ‘bubbles and bites’ featuring delicious canapés, followed by Ōra king smoked salmon served with heirloom beetroot, watercress and quinoa, and then foie gras ‘two ways’ with rhubarb and pistachio. The main course is Brittany blue lobster thermidor. This romantic Valentine’s dinner for two concludes, naturally, with a Valrhona chocolate fondue, salted caramel and petite brochettes.
