TAKING place at the Huay Tung Tao Reservoir in Mae Rim, Chiang Mai, this charity event features a 5km run/walk, and a 100 meter dash for kids. Prizes are offered to the top runners in each division, and all funds raised will go to help the Internally Displaced People (IDPs) in Burma. Join the popular “flip flop” division and honor the villagers who have to flee with only a pair of sandals on their feet. Entry is only B200.
