In the heart of Chidlom, Salvia (sage in Italian) is a neighborhood-inspired Osteria. At the helm, Chef Roberto Parentela, with his vibrant stories and original recipes, reflects on his Piedmont and Sardinian roots. Here, friends and families enjoy a relaxing time and traditional shareable dishes. Menu includes artisanal Italian cold cuts and unpasteurized cheeses, wood-fired Napolitana pizzas, handmade pastas, grapevine-grilled meats and decadent deserts (price starting from THB 170++). With the stress on natural, sustainable and organic products, Salvia sources ingredients via short food supply chains whenever possible.
For the thirsty ones, Salvia does not leave anyone behind with a range of natural Italian wines, ice cold crafted beers, Martini, Negroni and refreshing Italian Sodas that can be also be enjoyed over the Bar counter.
