JUST because you're short on time on the weekdays doesn't mean you can't enjoy a hearty lunch. Savelberg introduced new two and three-course menus specifically designed for those in a rush. The two-course menu includes native seared scallops prepared with crustacean stock and served with hollandaise sauce while the main course includes a choice of New Zealand roasted lamb fillet with confit potato and green asparagus, or pan-seared North Sea monkfish with Pommes Soufflé priced at B990++. The three-course set menu starts off with lobster and foie gras with pickled vegetables and fresh salad, a main course of North Sea turbot served grilled with celery and chanterelle mushrooms.
