Taking place at Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant and NEXT2 Café from 8 to 17 October 2018. This Taoist-traditional festival is held annually on the eve of the 9th lunar month of the Chinese calendar. Chinese food lovers are able to savour plenty of authentic and scrumptious dishes created by our talented Chinese Executive Chef Chow Wai Man of Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant. Celebratory dishes include the Vegetarian Dim Sum Platter, the signature Sweet Corn with Eight Treasures Soup, Stir-Fried Tofu with Black Pepper, the delightful Wok-Fried Cashew Nuts with Water Chestnuts and Ginkgo, and many more delicacies available during lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Monday to Saturday) and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Sunday), and during dinner from 6 to 10:30 p.m. daily.
