On Saturday, 11 March 2023, global sisterhood will be honored with a four-hands dinner led by the resort’s most senior female chefs: Praça’s chef Surawadee ‘Fern’ Nooprai and Kanarat ‘Pook’ Sukyai, chef de cuisine at Lido, the all-day Italian restaurant. Taking place at Praça, a sophisticated beachfront eatery housed in an elegant heritage house, the experience will feature five courses spotlighting local seafood and live DJ sets, including a deep playlist of female power anthems. The main course – Thai river prawns in a mom’s recipe red curry sauce served with garlic fried rice and betel leaves. The sweet finale is a daring dessert that reaches across borders – Italian cannoli with ricotta cheese paired with Thai Foi Thong mousse. |
The four-hands dinner will start at 6:00 pm on 11 March 2023 and is priced at THB 1,600 net for women and anyone who identifies as a woman, and THB 2,000 net for men. Throughout the month of March, Praça will also be offering special prices for ladies on selected a la carte items. For every booking made, The Standard, Hua Hin will donate THB 100 to the Equitable Education Fund, to support equal access to education for all Thais.
