A NEW menu of French bistro classics is now on offer at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok’s stylish rooftop restaurant and bar. The range of enticing dishes includes Atlantic oysters “Fines de Claires” (B90++/piece); Spanish chorizo julienne with poached egg, sautéed mushrooms and espuma (B410++); Seared cod fish with creamed green asparagus and an aged Parmesan cheese and balsamic reduction (B850++); and Pan-fried beef tenderloin served with a peppercorn sauce and French fries (B1,100++). Available daily for dinner, 6pm-11pm.
