MICHELIN-starred chef James Noble partnered with Venue’s Executive Chef Thomas Smith to create the eco-friendly farm-to-table ‘4-Hands’ menu at Attico Italian Restaurant, Radisson Blu Bangkok Hotel. Carefully sourced ingredients from Chef Noble’s boutique farm in Pak Nam Pran and his local partners, the six-course menu featured delicious home grown organic products with an extremely low carbon footprint. All dishes are perfectly paired with fragrant wines from the Hua Hin Hills Vineyards.
