The Forestias by MQDC and “Yaya” Boost Green Space with Vegetable Growing and Cooking Contest "Plant with Love... Eat with Joy."

“Yaya” Urassaya Sperbund is enjoying her time at home in the lockdown and helping care for nature. Now, as a brand ambassador for Whizdom by MQDC, she invites her fans and all nature lovers to boost green space from home.

Everyone can take part and enjoy a tasty treat – even if they don’t have much growing space. The “Plant with Love, Eat with Joy” campaign by The Forestias invites everyone to get planting… cooking… dining. The vegetable-growing and cook book contest has very simple rules. The Forestias by MQDC will send vegetable seeds to the first 1,000 people to register at MQDC’s website. Your seeds will come with instructions for growing scrumptious vegetables. Yaya then invites you to cook them with love and post your delectable recipe on MQDC’s Facebook page. U & MQDC will compile the 10 recipes with the most “Likes” into a cook book for residents and everyone who loves delicious, nutritious meals to download and share.

• Seeds will be sent out from today until 21 June 2020.
• Grow your vegetables up to 20 August 2020.
• Post your delicious recipe on MQDC’s Facebook on 20–30 August 2020.
• The top 10 recipes will be announced on 31 August 2020.
