Mom’s Touch on G floor is the leading fried chicken restaurant from South Korea with a preparation style of a mother’s touch. Each chicken is fried to order for consistent taste profile and temperature. The three flavours include the original Mom’s Touch with crispy skin and tender meat, garlic sauce that is sweet, salty and slightly spicy, and Korean Gojuchang sauce. In addition, there are hamburger sets and sides such as French fries and chicken wings. The shop space feels like a Korean teen hangout space where diners can take pictures and upload them to their social media accounts.
